To coordinate daily work of all departments of the Association; to transmit and circulate official documents; to manage files, personnel and financial affairs; to be responsible for logistic guarantee and publicity and circulation of information.
The Member Department
To manage membership; keep liaison with members of the Association, collect and then report their opinions and demands, and deliver policies and documents and industrial information; be responsible for statistics and analysis of members' information; arrange for communications among members; establish and keep a record of members' practice and promote the establishment of a good faith system of the industry.
Qualifications Management Department
To formulate and amend the implementing regulations on management of qualifications of employees in the securities industry; arrange for registration and annual inspection of practicing qualifications of the employees in the industry; set up and manage a database of qualifications management and record of practice; investigate conducts in violation of provisions pertaining to qualifications management of employees in the industry and bring forth suggestion for punishment; guide and supervise the management of employees in securities institutions.
Special Liaison Department
Responsible for contacting special committees and special members of the Association, and assuming daily affairs of special committees.
International Relationship Department
To collect and sort out information in oversea market; contact organizations in the securities industry all over the world and international organizations in pertinent industries; to promote exchange and cooperation between Chinese securities institutions and counterparts abroad. |
