P. R. China Water Resources Ministry is a branch of the State Council in charge of the administration of water. P. R. China Water Resources Ministry has such tasks as to formulate policies, regulations, development strategies, long- and medium-term plans of water conservation, draft related laws, regulations and supervise their implementation; and exercise unified management of water resources.
