Sinochem Corporation is a large-sized state-owned enterprise in China . Its former name is China National Chemicals Import & Export Corporation. Sinochem operates mainly in petroleum, fertilizer and chemicals business globally. As one of the four national oil companies and the largest fertilizer importer and phosphate & compound fertilizer producer in China , Sinochem enjoys high prestige around the world.

In recent years, Sinochem accelerated the strategic transformation by setting foot in the high-end market and the frontier of scientific development. It has also made efforts to build up a complete industrial value chain integrating resources acquisition, R&D, production, import & export and sales with global synergy in 3 core areas of petroleum, fertilizer and chemicals. Mr.Liu Deshu: President. Prior to serving as President of Sinochem since March 1998, Mr. Liu worked as the vice General Manager and later General Manager of China National Machinery Import & Export Corporation. Mr. Liu has over 20 years working experiences in the foreign trade, machinery and petrochemical sectors. Mr. Liu graduated from the Fine Instrument Department of Tsinghua University of China and he received EMBA from China Europe International Business School . Now Mr. Liu is the director of the International Academy of Management (IAM).

Mr. Han Gensheng : Vice President. Mr. Han served as Vice President of Sinochem since May 1993, and he took the position as director and general manager of Sinochem Europe Holdings PLC since 2001 and then served as Vice President of Sinochem again in March 2004.

Mr. Han once was the General Manager of Sinochem Storage & Transportation Company, General Manager of West Rockies Inc., General Manager of Sinochem International Oil Company and Director of the Oil Center . With rich oil and business administration experiences, At present Mr. Han is in charge of Sinochem's oil exploration and development and related overseas investment business. He is also the General Manager of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration and Production Co., Ltd.

Mr. Han holds the bachelor's degree from the Ocean Transport Management Department of Shanghai Maritime University of China .

Mr. Pan Zhengy i : Vice President. Mr. Pan became Vice President of Sinochem in July 2000. Mr. Pan once was the General Manager of Sinochem Plastic Company, Director of the First Department of Export, Director of Sinochem Japan Company, General Manager of Business Management Department of the head office and Assistant President of the company. He studied and worked in Japan for 13 years. At present Mr. Pan is in charge of the Domestic Center of Sinochem and serves as the Director of the Center.

Mr. Pan graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages of China and later studied in Tokyo University of Foreign Studies. He received EMBA from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University of China.

Mr. Chen Guogang: Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chen became the Chief Financial Officer of Sinochem in December 2000. Mr. Chen once was the vice director of the Financial Department, Vice President of Unipec, Vice General Manager of the Financial Department of the head office and Vice Chief Financial Officer. He is now in charge of the finance, risk management and insurance business of Sinochem and is the Director of the Budget and Assessment Committee and Director of the Risk Management Committee.
